TiM. BLOCKPIN.

Objective:
To provide an innovative anti-theft solution for phone users in crowded spaces, seamlessly blending security, convenience, and technology with real impact on daily lives.

Creative Solution:
We developed the TIM Block Pin, an innovative system combining a physical pin (worn on clothing) with a Bluetooth-connected mobile app. This solution automatically locks the phone screen and activates an alarm if the device moves beyond 10 meters, preventing unauthorized access and protecting sensitive data. This campaign garnered 68.5 million impressions during its launch.

My Role & Strategic Impact

  • Designed and animated the app's onboarding tutorial and interface (using Rive), ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.

  • My UX design and animation work played a key role in the app's high performance, contributing to its 96% user approval and 68% engagement increase.

  • Coordinated operational logistics for the physical pins, managing supplier-agency-client flow for timely distribution of the campaign.

  • Supported the launch by joining on-site testing sessions and delivering live product demonstrations, aligning the product experience with strategic expectations.
